ITDG is a custom software development company founded in 2002 and based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Our website is informational — it’s here to help you learn about what we do and how to get in touch with us.

Using the Chatbot

Our chatbot is designed to be helpful, but please keep the following in mind:

  • It provides general information about ITDG’s services. It does not generate quotes, proposals, or commitments of any kind.
  • It’s powered by artificial intelligence, so its responses may occasionally be incomplete or imperfect.
  • If the chatbot can’t answer your question, it may offer to connect you with a team member via WhatsApp. We’ll always ask your permission first.
  • The chatbot runs on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Your conversations are stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You’re never required to use the chatbot. You can always reach us directly through our Contact Us form, by phone, or by email.

WhatsApp Support

When you communicate with us via WhatsApp:

  • WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Their own terms of service and privacy policy apply to the platform.
  • We’ll store your phone number and messages to follow up on your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We won’t send you marketing messages through WhatsApp unless you ask us to.
  • Response times depend on staff availability and are not guaranteed.

Submitting Forms

When you use our Contact Us or Career Opportunities forms, we ask that you:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Avoid submitting false or misleading information.

A few important notes:

  • Submitting a contact form does not create a client relationship or commit ITDG to providing any service.
  • Submitting a career application does not guarantee employment, an interview, or a response.
  • Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. By submitting a form, you acknowledge that Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA.

Resume Uploads

Our Career Opportunities form lets you upload a resume or CV. If you choose to do so:

  • You’re responsible for the content of your file. We don’t require any specific information beyond the form fields themselves.
  • Your resume may include details like your address, education, work history, or references — we’ll only use that information to evaluate your candidacy.
  • Please don’t upload files containing viruses or harmful content.
  • If your resume includes third-party information (like references), please make sure you have their permission to share it.
  • You can request deletion of your application and resume at any time by contacting us.
